HandmadeCraftShow.com is an enjoyable and innovative way to promote your handmade crafts online. It is our hope that you will join us as an exhibitor. While you are considering joining us we would like to share a few rules with you.
We have very simple rules to maintain the integrity of our online craft show that we ask all exhibitors to follow:
1. The crafts on your web site must be handmade crafts.
2. Your site must be a family friendly web site and must NOT contain adult content or material.
3. You must be of 18 years of age or older to advertise with us.
4. If you are linking directly to your shop or page that items can be purchased directly, we ask that your site contain a return policy or a terms and conditions statement.
5. The link to your web site may not be forwarded to another site or altered in anyway.
Before being accepted into our craft show your site will be reviewed to make sure you are in compliance with the above rules. While you are renting a virtual craft booth on our site, we ask that you comply with the above stated rules at all times.
If your site is found to be in violation, it will be suspended/removed immediately and you will be sent a notification to the email you supplied at the time of application. While your site is removed/suspended you risk loosing your booth. Your site will remain removed until the necessary corrections are made. Once corrections are made your site will be placed back in the craft show in the original booth or the closest booth possible. No booth rental fees or other monies will be refunded during removal or suspension.
All information for booth rentals (i.e. company name, web site domain, pictures, and descriptions) will be provided by renter. We reserve the right to edit the information supplied and deny any listing.
The reason for denying any listing is at our sole discretion. Specific reasons for denial of a site, outside what is stated in the rules given above, may not be given.
Information collected from you during the application process is used for the purpose of creating and maintaining booth rentals. Your information with the exception of that used in your listing is kept confidential. Pictures and information submitted for your booth rental may be used in promotional advertisements of our site to attract visitors to your booth while you are a vendor of our craft show.
